We offer, weekly and monthly budget hotel accommodations in the heart of placencia village.  Our business is owned and operated by a local family that has roots in Placencia spanning back generations.

Our cabanas were designed around privacy and safety. Our 5 buildings are nested within our fenced in beachfront property with direct access to the beach.  We have 3 free standing cabanas, 1 duplex cabana that houses 2 rooms that can be rented together or individually, and one up and down apartment that consist of a 2nd floor fully furnished apartment, and 2 first floor rooms rented together or individually that comes with a fully equipped shared kitchen.

Located at the tip of the Peninsula, Tradewinds offers comfortable cabanas on a budget. The cabanas have either a full kitchen or kitchenette, depending on the size you choose. All cabanas have a hammock and porch chairs to enjoy the ocean view. Tradewinds connects to the main side walk that leads to all the business areas such as: Restaurants, bars, ATM, supermarkets and tour operators.
